Phrasee – an AI-powered language optimization company that generates, optimizes, automates, and analyzes brand language across the full customer journey, helping digital marketers to increase customer engagement and revenue

 

The Problem:

As Phrasee began pursuing a product expansion process, they needed guidance on 1) how to frame their bigger value proposition, 2) creating positioning and messaging for the new brand and product portfolio, and 3) rolling out the New Phrasee internally and externally.

 

The Goal:

Define a new market position, foundational brand messaging, and internal playbook to launch a New Phrasee and hit 10M pounds in annual revenue.

With new messaging that communicates the company's broader value in the Customer Experience ecosystem, including 3 unrivaled wells of market differentiation (technology, customization, and customer journey), Phrasee is adding millions in value to their existing customer base (including Walgreens, Ebay, Hilton, and Samsung) as well as landing pitches with notable brands in the Fortune 500.
